AeroKnowledge is a free educational tool developed to support airmen preparing for aviation knowledge tests, such as the Private Pilot License (PPL), Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and other related certifications.

We are not affiliated with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), Gleim Aviation, or any other regulatory or commercial entity. While CAAP has acknowledged the use of Gleim textbooks in its materials, our platform is independently created and based on publicly available concepts and exam guidance. No endorsement or official approval should be inferred.

This platform is intended solely for **self-paced study and learning**. It must never be used for **cheating, test compromise, or misconduct**. Misuse of this platform for dishonest purposes—including but not limited to sharing answers, impersonating others, or replicating exam scenarios for unauthorized use—violates the Airmen Examination Board (AEB) code of conduct and may lead to disciplinary consequences by regulatory bodies.

Please note: AeroKnowledge is not to be used inside official testing rooms, including the CAAP AEB room, nor during any proctored or supervised testing environments.

2. Use of the Platform

By accessing or using AeroKnowledge, you agree to abide by the following conditions of use:

• You will use this site for personal and non-commercial educational purposes only.
• You will not reproduce, distribute, or republish any materials for commercial gain or in a misleading context.
• You will not attempt to harm, disable, or overload the platform through abusive usage or automated scripts.
• You will not use this site as a substitute for formal instruction, proctored exams, or certified training institutions.

AeroKnowledge is designed to support self-study and revision. Users are encouraged to explore the materials at their own pace and combine the content here with real-world aviation training or approved ground school programs. Any adaptations or reuse of materials should acknowledge the AeroKnowledge platform.

3. Sign-In and Security

To protect the platform and its users, a sign-in feature is implemented. This is not for marketing or tracking purposes but serves to:

• Prevent spam, automated abuse, and repeated attempts to compromise content integrity.
• Maintain a fair and secure environment for all learners.

No personal exam scores, attempts, or identity data are stored. We do not log your activity, and your sign-in credentials are not used for advertising or third-party purposes.

If you notice any suspicious activity, broken content, or misuse, we encourage you to report it to the site administrator for prompt action.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all questions, explanations, and review materials are either original or adapted for educational use from open sources. AeroKnowledge retains copyright over its content where applicable.

Permitted uses include:

• Personal review and exam preparation.
• Sharing with classmates or instructors for academic study, provided AeroKnowledge is credited.

Prohibited uses include:

• Commercial sale or monetization of AeroKnowledge content.
• Presenting AeroKnowledge content as part of a separate brand or institution.

We encourage collaboration and feedback to improve our database. Suggestions for corrections or additions are always welcome.

5. Limitation of Liability

AeroKnowledge is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. We do not guarantee that the platform or its content will be accurate, complete, or continuously up to date with CAAP or other authority's official examination content.

While every effort is made to ensure that our study materials reflect the nature and complexity of real aviation knowledge exams, AeroKnowledge is not a substitute for formal training or regulatory materials.

By using this site, you agree that AeroKnowledge and its developer(s) are not liable for any damages, misunderstandings, failed exams, or misuse of provided content. Your use of the platform is at your own risk and discretion.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. AeroKnowledge does not collect or store the following:

• Your exam answers or scores.
• Your browsing behavior or time spent on pages.
• Your personal details or private data.

Only basic authentication data may be used temporarily during your session to verify that the platform is not being accessed by bots or misused in bulk. This is a non-tracking system and is not connected to any analytics or advertisement platform.

No cookies are set by this site other than those necessary for login persistence and basic functionality.
